Simply put, we are genuine, tell-it-like-it-is real estate agents. We are driven by common sense and a desire to treat our clients the way we would want to be treated when buying or selling a home.  We don't make promises we can't keep.  We don't pressure people into signing contracts with us.  We don't pressure people to make buying or selling decisions under terms or conditions they're not comfortable with.  We don't obnoxiously brag about how many homes we've sold and how much better we are than other real estate agents in the Twin Cities. We don't allow our clients to feel like they are a burden on us, or wasting our time, no matter what the price range of the home they're buying or selling.  If you're looking for the fast talking real estate agent on the bus bench, with the slicked back hair, driving the luxury SUV, you've come to the wrong place.  Sorry to disappoint you!

• If we feel we truly can't sell your home for the price and terms that you wish, we will not list it.
• We will represent you (as a buyer or seller) in a manner that is respectful to you and to our fellow agents in the industry.
• We will educate you on the home buying/selling process. This includes taking the time to explain every form that you sign and offering every choice you have as a real estate consumer in the State of MN.
• We will return your phone calls or emails promptly at all times.
• We promise to do everything in our power to make your buying/selling experience as smooth as possible--even after the closing!
