  • We provide the appropriate legal forms required to make an offer on a property, as well as thoroughly explain them and help you complete them in order to properly protect your rights and earnest money. 
  • We negotiate the offer on your behalf to get you the price and terms you desire.  While most people only purchase a few homes over their entire lifetime, we help buyers purchase several homes per month giving us the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to get the best deal for you.
  • We coordinate all of the details to complete your home purchase including scheduling inspections, as well as working with your lender and title company to assure all deadlines and requirements are met in order to complete the purchase.

                                          Our Compensation

You do not normally pay us a commission. It is typical that a seller’s agent will share their commission with us when the home sells. The shared commission is a “thank you” to us for bringing a buyer to them and for fully representing the buyer throughout the transaction. There can be some exceptions to this rule, such as a For Sale By Owner property if the seller is not willing to pay a buyer's agent commission.

                                  Our "No Contract" Agreemen

We do not feel comfortable pressuring you into signing contracts right away to prove your commitment by making us your sole and exclusive representative. We do, however, feel it is fair that we ask you use us as your agent to represent you if you decide to purchase a home that we personally take the time to schedule and show you.  We provide a Buyer's Showing Agreement for you to sign. This agreement states that you are free to work with any Realtor in the State of MN, however, if you decide to purchase a home that we showed you, you will use us as their Realtor in that purchase.
